Ramon Atayde

Ramon is a seasoned management and engineering professional with over 30 years’ experience in various management and production roles in the mining and extractive industries. He is a founding shareholder of Entoq’s partner, ARC Ento Tech, and the main developer of the ARC Process which is basis for Entoq’s innovative system. Ramon will be actively involved in the development and growth of Entoq in North America, particularly in providing technical support and guidance for MSW processing operations.

Robert Clarke

Bob Clarke has for over thirty years been involved in the start-up and funding of private and public companies in North America and Asia and has served as a director and officer of several public listed companies in the US and Canada. From 2001 to 2016 he was based in Asia and was involved in or assisted companies in Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia. Since 2016 he has been based in Vancouver and has played a key role establishing Entoq and developing the close relationship with ARC Ento Tech in Australia which will be key in exploiting the huge potential for Entoq in North America.

Barry Rookes

Vice President – Corporate Development

Barry is an experienced business development executive and technical consultant with an extensive history in engineering and energy development and production, as well as asset valuations and acquisitions. He has a successful history in managing multiple disciplinary teams covering a range of engineering and technical disciplines. He has founded, developed and divested Western Canadian energy companies and served as a director or consultant to several engineering and energy companies. Barry will play a key role in Entoq’s start-up phase to manage the implementation of initial installations, as well as identifying and training personnel to expand Entoq’s team.
